How to simplyfy the following ratios

The second ratio can be simplified to the first by dividing every number by 9.
To simplify a ratio, divide all numbers by a common factor to get the simplest integer (whole number) ratio. You may need to multiply all the numbers in some cases if the given ratio has numbers below 1 (fractions).
The key idea is to maintain the proportion, i.e. you have to multiply or divide all the numbers, you cannot multiply or divide just one of them or the ratio will become disproportioned.
