How would i algebraicly solve for r when
r^2+18r+73=-9

Do PEMDAD PERENTHESIS EXPONENTS MULTIPLY DIVIDE ADD AND SUBTRACT THAT WILL HELP U 

I am not positive i did this a while ago but i think you subtract r^2 on both sides getting 18r+73=-9(r^2)
Then you can divide 18 from 18r getting r+73=-9(r^2) (divided by symbol) 18
Then you subtract 73 and u get R=-9(r^2)

Sorry if thats totally wrong but thats all I remember

The answer would he -4,-2 because the points are just on the opposite side. since the x axis is +4 it's going to he -4 and since the y axis is -2 it stays there because whaen rotated it stays in the third quadrant
