Which step is included in the construction of perpendicular lines using a point on the line

To do this you would swing an arc on both sides of the point, using that point. Then, with those two arcs, find the intersection point of those two arcs and the line, then make two more arcs above and below that line for each point. Now you should have 2 x's above and below. Connect them to make a perpindicular line.
