I will answer only some of the questions, so you understand the steps and will, hopefully, know how to do it independently.

DIVIDE
13/20 = 65/ 100  
 Because 20 x 5 = 100, so we will multiply: 13 x 5 = 65. After that, the decimal will be 0.65, because since the denominator in the fraction is 100, the place in the decimal needs to be in the 100th place. 

46/50 = 92/100, because: 
46 x 2 = 92
50 x 2 = 100
92/100 = 0.92

SIMPLIFY
14% = 14/100
70% = 70/100
51% = 51/100
37% = 37/100
31%= 31/100
48% = 48/100
