Oscar's budget is 2500. So if he is 500 under budget2500 - 500 = 2000so he spent 2000

f(x) = 38x + 10x - 3...when x = 2...so simply sub in 2 everywhere there is an x
f(2) = 38(2) + 10(2) - 3
f(2) = 76 + 20 - 3
f(2) = 93 <==
