Amixed number greater than 12/4 and less than 15/4

So theres more than one answer so either 13 over 4 or 14 over 4

In between 12/4 and 15/4 is 13/4.
12/4= 3
15/4= 3 3/4

13/4= 3 1/4

3 1/4 is greater than 3 (12/4) and less than 3 3/4 (15/4)
So answer is 3 1/4
