How do you round to the nearest unit?

Rounding to the nearest unit means to find the nearest integer to a given number. Before you remove the decimal take the first number of the decimal (45.68) Take 6 (The number that comes first after the decimal).

If the number is 5 and less then convert the number to a lower number.

If the number is more than 5 then convert the number to a higher number.

Ex: 34.41. The answer would be 33 because 4 is less than 5.

Ex: 34.61. The answer would be 35 because 6 is more than 5.
