Please help me find what wrong with this Solve 3x2 + 6x + 1 = 0

Step 1) a = 3, b = 6, c = 1

Step 2) x=6±62−4(3)(1)√2(3)

Step 3) x=6±36−12√6

Step 4) x=6±24√6

Step 5) x=1±6√3
