I’m pretty sure it’s: Values greater than or equal to (<=) 2. If it’s multiple choice then quite literally, any choices greater than or equal to 2.

Three times the sum of half her age and three, that’s 3(1/2x+3) where x is her age...
Is “at least 12” meaning it’s 12, or higher. In other words: greater than or equal to 12.

3(0.5x+3)<=12
first, distribute the 3 to the parentheses.

1.5x+9<=12
Subtract 9 from both sides.

1.5<=3
Divide by 1.5 (both sides).

x<=2

(So anything greater than or equal to 2 should work).
