Now shaggy is in MUI against Jiren. Jiren and Goku had almost an equal battle with Goku having a slight upper edge. Also I believe that Ultra Instinct too depends upon the base power level of a character because imagining that GOKU and Beerus both in Ultra Instinct would be on the same level is plain and simple wrong. Beerus would be far more powerful. So this means that shaggy will be far more weaker as conpared to MUI Goku and most probably he would even die from a diss track of Jiren.
