Jazmin is completing an art project. She has two pieces of construction paper. The first piece is 444444 cm wide and the second piece is 333333 cm wide. Jazmin wants to cut the paper into strips that are equal in width and are as wide as possible.
How wide should Jazmin cut each strip?

f(x)+g(x) =(x+1)+(2x)=x+1+2x=3x+1

we can also evaluate combined functions for particular inputs. let's evaluate function hh above for x=2x=2. below are two ways of doing this.

method 1: substitute x=2x=2 into the combined function hh.

i believe it is the square root of 122 because when you turn it on it's side, to where the 5 inches is on the bottom, it looks like it is the same length.
