I'm really confused on point-slope form, and slope-intercept form. can anyone ?

Point slope form is

Y-y1=m(x-x1)

-in this^ u only should put number in the y1, m, and x1
-m is your slope

Slope intercept form is

Y=mx+b

-start out with putting numbers in m and b and then you'll find your way to your y and x
