I HOPE SOMEONE CAN DO THIS IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES 'CAUSE I'M STUCK- anyways, I fairly know this topic and I'm good with displacements. however, I'm having trouble with finding the total distance part for both questions.

I'd appreciate it and would givebrainliest (?) to someone who can show how to solve these questions! I will give you more points, too!

Subject: AP CALCULUS
TOPIC: Using INTEGRAL to find the displacement and total distance topic. Knowing how to use calculate the areas of the shaded regions of the graph to find displacement and total distance.
[Can use graphing calculator for question #69, but must draw a graph of velocity function for #68. ]

(I have seen that some people just steal points without answering people's questions, so I'm adding a warning here.
If you steal the points without helping me out, oh well. I don't care; besides, I'll just post this again, tsk~ )
