1. Given: FD BC, AB DE, and AC FE
Since FD BC, ZDFE = ZACB by the Alt. Int.
Thm. Since AB || DE, ZABC = ZEDF by
the Alt. Int 2 Thm. Also, AC = FE is given.
Therefore, AABC = AEDF by AAS Congruence
Theorem.
