Well a fraction is a/b and all whole numers (exg 1,2,3,4,5,1.5) are all over 1 so
1=1/1
2=2/1
3=3/1
6.3=6.3/1

lets say that you have 0.22 that would be 22/100
0.2=2/10
0.23=23/100
1.34=134/100
4.32=432/100
4.843=4843=4843/1000

so lets say that you have 9/4
that would be (2 fours in 9 so) 2 and 1/4 so to go back just multiply the '2' by the denomenator (bottom number or in this case it is 4) so 2*4=8 then add that to the top number so 1+8=9
9/4
very simple so
3. -15=-15/1
4. 0.31=31/100
5. 4 and 5/9= (4 times 9=36 so 36+5=41) 41/9
6. 6.2=62/10
