So 8 x 3= 24. We know the answer should be around 9 I know this because  3 x 3= 9.

8 x 9= 72 and 25 x 3= 75 Now you should do 8 x 10 you will  get 80 and that will be around 5 left for each student. The teacher will need 10 packages of markers.
