i need help figuring out if these are a Function or Not a Function (if someone can also leave an explanation cause I rly don't understand any of this)

To determine wether it is a function or not, you will need to use the vertical line test. A function is if none of the coordinates have the same x value. For example (1,1) and (2,1) is a function because they have different x values. (1,1) and (1,2) is not a function because they have a same x value.
