ok put into y=mx+b form

2y=60x+120

y=30x+60

so we know 60 is the y-intercept so he is not correct

if u want more:

-60x+2y-120=0 add 60x

2y-120=60x add 120

2y=60x+120 divide by 2

y=30x+60
