I need some help on my Slope-Intercepts

The figures below are made out of circles, semicircles, quarter circles, and a square. find the area and the perimeter of each figure and give your answers as a completely simplified exact value in terms of π (no approximations).

The lengths of all sides of a triangle are integers when measured in decimeters. one of the sides has length of 1 dm and another of 3 dm. find the perimeter of the triangle.'

Does anyone know how to solve and graph this: 4 + | a + 2 | < 7the only part i don't get is the "4 +"
