Umm.. just started this 2day and its not on my notes(p′︵‵。)

Part a: select all of the ordered pairs that are located on the graph of the equation. part b: does the graph of the equation represent a function? select all correct answers for part a and one answer for part b.

How do i start to solve? would appreciate a walk-thru! a bird sitting 16ft above the ground in an apple tree dislodges an apple. after how many seconds does the apple land on the ground? (assuming that no branches will interfere with it's fall)
