I am not getting multiplying fractions I need help to get a better grade

first thing to check can you make anything smaller to make the rest of the answer easier to solve for example

2/4 times 8/2

you can  cut 2/4 down to 1/2 and you can take 8/2 to 4/1 and then multiply the fraction.

- remembering to simply the fraction can make the problems so much easier to solve.

but i think the formula is f(x)=6x

set each factor equal to 0

4x-3 = 0

2x-1 = 0

solve for x.

4x-3=0

4x=3

x= 3/4

solve for x. 

2x-1= 0

2x= 1

x= 1/2

your answer should be 1/2 is less than or equal to x and 3/4 is greater than or equal to x
