In the given picture we have two triangles, ΔQRS and ΔTUV

such that ∠Q=∠T=56°

∠R=∠U=83°

∠S=∠V=41°

So by AAA postulate of similarity, we have

ΔQRS ≈ ΔTUV

 Since, similar figure have same shape.

Thus, we can say both triangles have the same shape.

But non of sides of both triangles are congruent, therefore the given triangle is just similar but not congruent.
