Would anyone know how to solve this I need help pls

1a. to form 13x +2, you multiply variable by 13 then add 2

2a. to form (x-3) /5, you subtract 3 from variable, then take the answer and divide it by 5

2b. to solve (x-3) /5 = -1, you first multiple both sides by 5 so you'll end up with x-3= -5. you then add 3 to both sides so the answer is x = -2
