House, but recently changed names. At the House of Glizzy each glizzy cost $2.10 to make. The
selling price for each glizzy at The House of Glizzy's is $4.50. Kevin being an amazing Algebra
student was asked to write an equation to represent the profit that the House of Glizzy makes for
each glizzy sold. Kevin wrote the following equation 4.50y - 2.10y. Explain what the variable y
represents in the equation that Kevin wrote.

Profit from the sale of a glizzy
o Cost of the ingredients to make a glizzy
Total amount made from the sale of sales of glizzy's.

answer: a reasonable domain is where n is a real number. so n can be between 0 and 10. both endpoints are included.
