5. Diagram 1 shows an isosceles triangle with a base of 4y cm and a height of (y + 5) cm. Diagram 2 shows a square with sides of y cm.
The area of the triangle is more than the area of the square by 39 cm². Calculate the difference
in perimeter between both shapes.

Height of the triangle = y + 5 cm
Length of base = 4y cm
Height of the square = y cm
