If you want to plot this by hand, you do it essentially the same way: plot the two points and draw a line through them.

If you want to write an equation for the line, you can start with the 2-point form:

Personally, about the only thing useful I find in this equation is that it tells you the slope is 4/3. You can determine the same thing by counting grid squares between the plotted points on the graph. The line goes up 8 for each 6 to the right, so slope = rise/run = 8/6 = 4/3.
