TREC is a rectangle.
Thus in the rectangle each diagonal bisects the other i.e divided each other in the two equal parts .
Thus CR is divided into 2x-3 and x + 7 .
2x - 3 = x + 7
x = 10
CR = 2x-3 + x + 7
     = 2 × 10 - 3 + 10 + 7
    = 34 unit
As in the rectangles diagonals are of equal length .
CR = ET
ET = 34 unit
Therefore the value of ET is 34 units .
Option (d) is correct .
