Help please! The city council of Columbus, Ohio is interested in the level of public (adult) support for a new recreation center. A marketing research firm selects a simple random sample of 500 adult residents and contacts each to determine whether the resident would be interested in joining this recreation center if it were built. Of these, 350 indicated they would be interested in joining the recreation center. What is the lower bound of the 95% confidence interval? In percents, and no decimal places? Using your 95% confidence interval, would it be correct to say that based on this study we are confident that over 55% of all adult residents of Columbus, Ohio would be interested in joining the recreation center?
