The average number of miles on vehicles traded in at Smith Brothers
Motors is 64,000. Smith Brothers Motors has started a new deal offering lower financing charges. They are interested in whether the average mileage on trade in vehicles has decreased. Test using  = 0.01 and the data from a random sample of trade in vehicles. Assume mileage is normally distributed. The mileages are in thousands.

-State the null and alternate hypotheses.
-Compute the value of the test statistic.
-Find the interval containing the P-value for the sample test statistic
-Based on your answers above, what is your conclusion?
