Jessica has a bicycle that needs air in its tires. The air pump in her garage has a short hose. For everything to work right, the tire valves on the bicycle tires have to be at their lowest point.

Before rolling the bicycle toward the pump, the tire valves are at their lowest point. The circumference of the front wheel is 10.6 inches, and the circumference of the back wheel is 10.9 inches. By rolling the bicycle forward toward the air pump, how many revolutions are needed by the front wheel so that the tire valves are at their lowest point again?
