A rectangular building for a gym is three times as long as it is wide. Just inside the walls of the building, there is a 6 ft rectangular track along the walls of the gym and has an area of 7000 square feet.

a. Write an equation to represent the area of the gym and track together in terms of width.
b. What are the degree, leading coefficient, leading term, and constant?
c. Write an equation to represent the area of the track surface in terms of width.
d. What are the degree, leading coefficient, leading term, and constant?
e. Use the equation to solve the dimensions of the gym. Round your answer to one decimal place.

At the gym you help out three different friends make some calculations for their fitness program. Use the following equations:

x^2+9x^x+32x+48÷x+4
4x^3+10x^2+x+21÷x+3
2x^3+10x^2-23x+11÷x-1

f. Solve the each equation using long division.*
g. Solve the each equation using synthetic division.*
*Synthetic and long division are difficult to write out. Your answers don't have to look pretty; just make sure they're organized well enough for me to figure out what's going on.

You have learned about the six trigonometric functions, their definitions, how to use them, and how to represent them graphically. the sine, cosine, and tangent trigonometric functions can be paired with their reciprocal functions, cosecant, secant, and cotangent, respectively. think about how each function is related to its reciprocal function.how are the graphs of the reciprocal functions related to their corresponding original functions? what happens to the graphs of the reciprocal functions as x approaches the zeros of the original functions? describe how you would teach friends with different learning styles (visual-spatial, aural-auditory, verbal-linguistic, physical-bodily-kinesthetic, logical-mathematical, social-interpersonal, and solitary-intrapersonal) how to graph the reciprocal functions
