The greatest population density is in Romania.  The reason why is because to find the population density, you need to divide the area of the country from the population.  That gives you the density and Romania has the greatest population density.

On the other hand, the least population density is in the United States.  This is done the same was as Romania but it turned out the be the least amount.  Therefore, the lest population density is in the United States.
