When a radius intersects a chord of a circle at a right angle, what conclusions can be made?

Radius : It is the distance between the center of the circle to any point lies on the  boundary of the circle.

Chord : It is the line whose end points lie on the boundary of the circle.

Here, when a radius intersects any chord of a circle , if radius of  a circle is perpendicular to chord of a circle, then it definitely bisect the chord.

When a radius is perpendicular to chord it always bisect the chord i.e, it divides the chord into two equal parts.
