For this reason, Federalists compromised with Anti-Federalists to draft a Bill of Rights, which lists the ten inalienable rights of any U.S. Citizen regardless.

Separation of Powers was a principle established in our government which is the reason for why the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive Branch exist.
