P(-2) = 16 + 9(-2)^3 - 9(-2) + 2 
P(-2) = 16 - 72 - 9(-2) + 2 
P(-2) = 16 - 72 + 18 + 2
P(-2) = -56 + 18 + 2
P(-2) = -38 + 2
P(-2) = -36

-36 is the answer
