This is a semester assessment.  If you can't answer the question,
then you haven't mastered the topic, and THAT's what the assessment
is trying to measure. 

You can bring someone in, have them sit down at the computer, fill in
all the blanks in the assessment for you, and put your name on it.  The
result of that move would be that the system thinks you've mastered a lot
of things that you haven't, and math will only get worse next semester.

When you need to divide one fraction by another one,
the way you do it is:

-- in place of the divisor, write its reciprocal
   (flip the second fraction over, top for bottom)

-- change the divide-by sign ( ÷ ) to a multiply sign ( · )

-- multiply the fractions
. . . . . the numerator (top number) of the answer
             is the product of the two numerators
. . . . . the denominator (bottom number) of the answer
             is the product of the two denominators

-- simplify the answer if it needs to be simplified.

Hope you know that when you need dividing two fractions this is equal way with multiplie first fraction by second inversed 

7/10 / 1/5 = 7/10 * 5/1 = 7/(5*2) *5/1 = 7/2
