sc2 the established success rate of particular treatment is 85% .a physician believes that his success rate is higher than this , so he tests this claim using a random sample of his patients who have had the treatment in the past 3 years. however he does not wish to claim that his patients experience more success than average unless he is a certain as he possibly can be.
