Three friends went out to dinner. each person payed $10 too total $30. the waiter came back and said your bill is $25 my mistake. so he brought back $5 but he didn’t know how to split it amongst the three friends evenly. he gave back each of the friends $1 and pocketed $2 so their new total is $9 per meal and the total is now $27. so $27 plus the $2 be pockted is a total of $29 out of $30 where did the $1 go?
