Cindy, dennis, geraldine, leon, mitch, pedro and raul have a band. each person does his or special thing in the band. the band has a lead singer, a backup singer, lead guitar, bass guitar, rhythm guitar, a keyboard, and a drummer. although the band plays rock music, cindy, leon and the bass guitar player also enjoy classical music. this seems strange to raul, geraldine and the lead singer, who think that classical music is a big bore. raul and the drummer are both fanatics about antique cars. leon and the keyboard player are next-door neighbors. pedro and leon have ambitions of singing in the band, but the lead singer secretly doubts that they have the talent. geraldine would some day like to play some sort of guitar. mitch, the bass guitar player, and the drummer often go to the movies together. cindy, mitch and the lead singer all live in the suburbs. the others live in the city. the keyboard player and the drummer are high on geraldine's list, because the each gave her a card on her last birthday. raul's brother plays the bass guitar. mitch, cindy, and the band's drummer are in the same english class. mitch and the lead guitar player are both in the school science club. the big question: who does what in the band?
