Ineed with converting a chocolate chip cookie recipe into ratios!
(the recipe i chose makes 30 servings)
basically what i need to do is choose 4 ingredients from the recipe of my choosing to convert into ratios, but for now, i just need with 1.
chosen ingredient: 1 teaspoon baking soda
set up a proportion that will find the amount needed of that ingredient to make a recipe for 50 servings.
i know this is a lot to read and i'm sorry but i honestly just need with this one recipe to know how to do the rest on my own, i need soon and show your work!
