The answer is:
(x - 5) (x - 5)   The equation is a perfect square. 
(a - b) (a - b)   The "formula" goes a^2 - 2ab + b^2 for this equation so when you expand out the brackets x to x, x to 5 then 5 to x and 5 to 5 ( a x a, a x b, b x a, b x b) then collect all the like terms it turns into the equation above.

The first one, i believe, would be correct. all the others have one thing in common, and that's that they have repeating numbers. in the second one, x and y have repeating 6's and 3's, and in the third, x and y have repeating 6's as well. in the last one, there are repeating 3's. the first one has no repeating numbers.
