What division sentence means the same asa the following subtraction sentences?

The three subtraction sentences 12-4=8, 8-4=4, and 4-4=0 can be expressed as a single division sentence. The division sentence 12/4 = 3 means that, starting with the number 12,  4 can be subtracted 3 times to get zero.
