From the Pythagorean theorem:

Length  AC = sqrt(2^2 + 1^2) = sqrt (5)

Length CB =  sqrt (4^2 + 2^2) = sqrt(20) = sqty(4*5) = 2 sqrt(5)

Length AB = 5

The lengths are all different so ABC is a scalene triangle
