So, Diameter of earth= 4 ×Diameter of moon=4×1=4 inches[using 1]

As, for conversion you have written

1 inches = 2,000 miles⇒ 1 miles=1 inches ÷ 2000

As given, Distance between earth and moon = 240, 000 miles

                                                                             =  240,000 ÷ 2,000

                                                                             = 120 inches

b is 38 degrees.

a is 52 degrees.

this is because if b is 38 and a is 14 degrees more than b than 38+14=52 and 52+38=90 degrees. hope this .
