width (y): 0 ≤ y ≤ 1.4

Vertices are: (0,0) (0, 1.4), (2, 0), and (2, 1.4)

(0,0): Area = 0 * 0 = 0

(0,1.4): Area = 0 * 1.4 = 0

(2,0): Area = 2 * 0 = 0

(2,1.4): Area = 2 * 1.4 = 2.8

The minimum value is 0 m².  The maximum value is 2.8 m²
