In order to get this we need to take the original form and cross multiply. 

h(3 - h) = h^2 - 2
3h - h^2 = h^2 - 2

Now we would solve for 0. 

3h - h^2 = h^2 - 2 ---> add h^2 to both sides
3h = 2h^2 - 2 ---> subtract 3h from both sides
0 = 2h^2 - 3h - 2

Now that we have this, we can look for factors of the first number for the front of the parenthesis and factors of the last number for the end. 

(2h + 1)(h - 2)
