m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

First find the slope. We can do this by visualizing this. If the y-intercept is at 10, then you would have to go down -10 to reach (0, 0). The x-intercept is at 2, so that means you would have to go 2 spaces to the right.

The slope is -10/2, or -5.

Now plug in the slope and y-intercept into the expression.
y = -5x + 10
