Since there are 12 marbles in total, he takes only one of them. 

4/12, and he gets a red one. 

If he doesn't replace the first one, the next one would be 3/11. The probability that Jon selected a red marble both times is 1/11.

The answer would he -4,-2 because the points are just on the opposite side. since the x axis is +4 it's going to he -4 and since the y axis is -2 it stays there because whaen rotated it stays in the third quadrant
