Five-year-old Matthew opened a gate and walked into his neighbors' yard to play with their dog, a pit bull name BEAST. The dog- which had never attacked anyone before- attacked Matthew, badly injuring his leg. Beast wasn't kept in the house or in a pen in the yard, but the yard was fenced.
