In your opinion, what would a broken Congress look like? How would we know if Congress was no longer working?

a broken congress wouldn't have any collaboration between them everyone would mind their own business not the peoples business .this thing would have consequences in everything that they represent in peoples life . e.g if the congress wouldn't work we would be in an economic crisis
